Prime Property Investors, LTD had its initial real estate investment roots in the triple net leased single tenant property asset class. A typical triple net lease, often referred to as a NNN lease, requires the tenant to pay all property operating costs including property taxes, maintenance and insurance costs associated with the property. Prime has continued to monitor the net leased property sector including cultivating key industry contacts and acting upon emerging trends impacting this niche real estate asset class.

Healthcare is now the largest and fastest growing sector of the U.S. Economy. Healthcare growth and spending is relatively immune from economic cycles and recession proof. Cap rates are currently at higher rates for Medical/Healthcare related net leased properties than for credit rated retail and office leases resulting in a higher yield/return.
